I had been trying to obtain Planning approval since 2004 without success, including Planning Appeals.
Through recommendation I approached Mervyn McNeill, McNeill Architectural Consultancy and Mervyn believed that I was entitled to my new dwelling on my land and made an Outline Planning application for me in May 2016.
Unfortunately local Planning Department still refused this application, but
Mervyn McNeill still believed that I was entitled my dwelling and made a Planning Appeals application in February 2017 and was successful.
Mervyn continued the process, designed my dwelling. I now have obtained full Planning permission and ready to commence on site.
