Extensions & renovations

Many dwellings when purchased do not meet the needs of a changing family, or become dated and “tired” looking through time.

Dwelling also can have a positive or negative emotional wellbeing affect on those who live within the dwelling.  McNeill Architectural Consultancy’s aim is not only to meet the brief of the clients but endeavouring to work with the client to ensure the extension or renovations meet the needs of the client, while also providing value for money or designed as an investment.

Two such examples are below of before and after with comments from the clients.

The orr residence, ballymena

The property was originally a cavity wall new bungalow, however George and Judith’s desire was for increased accommodation and “face lift”.

The property was an original stone building with 1970’s extension.

Michael & Emma desired a larger and more modern dwelling for their family and modern day living.
