McNeill Architectural Consultancy were approached by Dr Steven McCurdy and his partners, not only for a new Medical Centre, but accommodation for allied Healthcare professionals.

 

The site identified, adjacent the former 300 year old Corn Mill, that had also become derelict of .07 acres within the village.  The proposed site contained a row of vandalised derelict Worker Cottages and vastly overgrown vegetation to the rear.

 

Following the survey and feasibility McNeill Architectural Consultancy prepared sketch proposals of a Health Village of traditional style.
